A number of our trucks have been fitted with the AMC System in addition to the factory fitted roof spoilers and we aim to fit the system to our entire fleet. This allows the spoiler position to be easily set to match the height of the trailer for the majority of loads, meaning that maximum fuel economy can now be achieved for every trip and every trailer. The system also allows the factory fitted spoiler to reach higher than standard.

In the past, manually adjustable roof spoilers had to be adjusted using tools and working at height in very awkward and difficult positions, and as a consequence were rarely adjusted. The addition of the AMC System has resulted in the driver being able to easily adjust the air deflector position safely from ground level, either from inside or outside the cab.

The complete AMC System incorporating a full spoiler kit with cab side deflectors has been fitted to some of our tractor units to make the cab height match our double deck trailers. The easily adjustable spoiler means that the truck can still be used for towing lower trailers without compromising on aerodynamic efficiency.
